NOTICE: On January 21, 2014, an order was entered by the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi approving the appointment a Trustee of the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Estate of Community Home Financial Services, Inc., Case No. 12-01703-ee, pending in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi (“Bankruptcy Court”). 

The Trustee transferred the loan servicing duties on CHFS loans boarded with Insight One Recovery Solutions, Inc. effective June 20, 2014. The transfer of the servicing of CHFS loan did not affect any term or condition of the loans other than the terms directly related to the servicing of the loans. In July 2023, the Bankruptcy Case was settled.
